This 2‑class online series weaves Yogic and Ayurvedic wisdom to support a long, healthy, and meaningful life, one that is rich not only in years, but in presence and purpose.

Instead of chasing anti‑aging fads, we will look at longevity the way the Indian wisdom stream does: through the lens of prana, agni, and ojas, daily rhythm, and right effort. You will learn simple, repeatable practices that you can carry into your everyday life to sustain strength, mobility, digestion, resilience, and joy as you age. It is how you live this moment that writes your future.

Join us to transform the years ahead into a time of vitality, clarity, and deep steadiness!

  • Session 1, August 27th, 3-6pm CST: Yoga for Longevity: Asana, Mudras, Kriyas
  • Session 2, September 3rd, 3-6pm CST: Ayurveda for Longevity: Recipes, Rituals, Rasayana

This class is for...

  • Students, teachers, and seekers of Yoga and Ayurveda who wish to age consciously
  • Anyone feeling called to strengthen their “second half of life” with wisdom rather than worry
  • Practitioners looking for concrete tools they can share with clients and communities

By the end of this series, you will:

  • Understand longevity from a Yogic and Ayurvedic perspective (beyond just lifespan).
  • Have a short, sustainable yoga sequence and a few mudras/kriyas you can practice regularly for long‑term support.
  • Know key dietary guidelines, simple recipes, and daily rituals that protect agni and build ojas over time.
  • Feel more confident making small, wise adjustments in how you move, eat, and rest, so that longevity becomes a lived practice, one day at a time
