This 2‑class online series weaves Yogic and Ayurvedic wisdom to support a long, healthy, and meaningful life, one that is rich not only in years, but in presence and purpose.
Instead of chasing anti‑aging fads, we will look at longevity the way the Indian wisdom stream does: through the lens of prana, agni, and ojas, daily rhythm, and right effort. You will learn simple, repeatable practices that you can carry into your everyday life to sustain strength, mobility, digestion, resilience, and joy as you age. It is how you live this moment that writes your future.
Session 1: Yoga for Longevity: Asana, Mudras, Kriyas
In this first class, we explore how yoga can become a lifelong companion rather than a performance. You will learn asana, mudras, and kriyas selected to support joint health, bone strength, circulation, breath capacity, and a clear, steady mind- key pillars of graceful aging.

Session 2: Ayurveda for Longevity: Recipes, Rituals, Rasayana
The second class turns to Ayurveda’s art of living long and well. We will look at how food, routine, and rejuvenative (rasayana) practices can nourish your tissues, protect agni, and build ojas over time. You’ll receive practical recipes and rituals that fit modern life while honoring classical principles.
