February 2026 - January 2027
Online via Zoom with Michele Lawrence + Hamsa Eliza Gooderham
In a world that often demands constant "sun" energy—pushing, doing, and achieving—the Moon and You series is your invitation to return to the natural cycles of rest and renewal. Starting with the Lunar New Year on February 17, we begin a journey through the Year of the Horse. This Chinese zodiac year is characterized by high spirits, dynamic energy, and rapid change. To navigate this "Fire Horse" energy without burnout, we must learn to anchor ourselves in the steady, ancient wisdom of our yoga practice and the natural flows of the moon.
Each month, we gather twice in a sacred online space for a 90-minute practice designed to mirror the current lunar phase:
Through a blend of asana, pranayama, meditation, and seasonal themes, we will cultivate personal growth while honoring the collective healing that happens when we practice in community.

Sessions are held on or near the New Moon and Full Moons.
