About Michele

Through her own journey of Self-discovery, Michele Lawrence (MBA, ERYT500, C-IAYT) has come to realize that yoga is a practice for all life situations. She believes in yoga’s ability to heal and transform, and that yoga, regardless of one’s ability, is available to all. Michele has been teaching yoga since 2005, practicing yoga therapy since 2010, and is the founder/director of Inner Peace Yoga Therapy.

About Sarah

My name is Sarah Gill. I am a Yoga Instructor and a Yoga Therapist in training. I have been teaching yoga for 5 years and have been practicing for a little over 10 years. I enjoy teaching the tools of yoga in a way that is practical and tangible to all, making these practices accessible and part of everyday life. In my free time I like to be outside in nature or spending time with friends, family, and my dog potato. I am passionate about supporting my mental and physical health through the ancient practices of Yoga & Ayurveda and continue to learn and grow everyday.

About Brandy

Brandy loves the practice of yoga for its grounding and centering effects.  For the past 20 years, Brandy has been a student and teacher of yoga, extensively studying the Feminine path of Hatha, Bhakti, and Tantra Yoga.

Some of her main teachers have been Shannon Paige Schneider (prana vinyasa flow), Aditi Devi, Sofia Diaz (hatha yoga master, a lineage holder in the Balasaraswati lineage of the South Indian temple arts), Annie Pace (Ashtanga), Jamie Alison Turner (anusara), and Brenda Flemming (Iyengar).  One of her main loves about yoga is the community that comes together to practice and the relationships that are cultivated through being together;  as well as the ever-changing, evolving, mysterious, and deepening ways that the practices work within our bodies and lives, it never gets old!  Currently, Brandy splits her time between Durango and Salida, Colorado offering bodywork sessions, Singing bowl sound baths, and teaching yoga.

About Heidi

Heidi Craw is a passionately curious artist, printmaker and teacher who loves the challenge of creating art out of just about anything.  She has been sharing her love of art and encouraging the creative process with her students for over 25+years.  Heidi is an active member of the Mancos Common Press, teaches Art for Durango Montessori School and offers private art lessons to students of all ages.
