This class is designed specifically for cancer survivors who want to enhance their physical well-being and improve their overall strength and balance. We will focus on gentle yet effective yoga poses and movements that promote strength, flexibility, and stability. Michele or Sandy will guide you through a series of tailored exercises that target key areas such as the core, legs, and arms, helping to build muscle tone and improve overall body strength. Additionally, we will incorporate various balance exercises to help improve stability and reduce the risk of falls. These exercises will challenge your equilibrium and promote bone health while enhancing your body awareness and coordination. No prior yoga experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome.
