About Gabriele & Dr. Suzanna
Hi my name is Gabriele Oltersdorf and I have been teaching Yoga and Reiki fort he last 20 years and have been working as a Yoga Therapist for the last 10 years.
I completed my training as a Yoga Therapist with Inner Peace Yoga Therapy and Svastha Yoga in the United States, New Zealand and Germany in 2012. My goal is to coach and help people with health challenges such as sleep problems, depression and anxiety and to help create a specific routine of postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to suit individual needs. I am originally from Germany and have been trained as a nurse.
I have trained with different teachers from various lineages as an ongoing process to deepen my knowledge and gaining insight into the physical, therapeutical and philosophical aspects of Yoga.
Dr. Suzanna Braeger holds a Ph.D. in Biology and she is a Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach, as well as a Certified Yoga Teacher.
Suzanna has been always interested in Biology and a Healthy Lifestyle. Since her early childhood, she has been looking in nature for answers to her questions. During her trip to India in 2010, she got closer to the philosophy of Yoga and Ayurvedic Medicine. There she learned the foundations of Yoga and Ayurveda. During her Ph.D. studies, she developed a chronic spinal disc hernia, depression, and eating disorder that made her daily life miserable and painful. It took her years to learn how to handle stress differently. She succeeded to leave her pain and suffering behind by applying the natural way of stress relief, the mindfulness technique and nature cure. She learned to look at diseases and health issues in a holistic way which provided her with a completely different mindset. Learn more at suzannabraeger.com
