Inner Peace Yoga Therapy Mentorship
This mentorship program focuses on providing guidance and support for yoga therapists working with clients (and themselves) as they navigate menopause with a whole-person perspective. Join us as we explore a broader approach that includes techniques to ease symptoms and foster resilience, and ways to build meaning making as we cultivate a deeper understanding of this important life stage.

Assignment Overview: Select 3 clients navigating menopause. (Participants may consider themselves as one of the "clients.") Use the client intake form to gather information on health history, goals, etc. Conduct assessments using the provided client assessment form, understanding the person from all 5 Koshas. Develop a simple yoga therapy treatment plan and conduct 3-5 follow-up visits. Write 3 client case studies summarizing client goals, assessment findings, treatment plans, follow-up feedback, and personal reflections.
Participants will meet 1:1 with Michele to discuss client issues, additionally there are group sessions, as outlined below.
