Are you needing some fresh inspiration and a recommitment to your spiritual practices? Anchoring in Daily Sadhana is about setting a foundation for yourself as a trusted guide. The first level of this mentorship in meditation and spiritual health is to deepen your experience of meditation and prepare you for the dharma of reconnecting others to their true nature - to their spiritual health, to greater personal and intra personal connection and overall wellbeing. What you will ultimately offer to others, you will first explore and commit to in Self.
You will be supported and held in sacred space with a cohort where you will share your explorations and experiences. Swami Lisa, will help you build your skillset with structured foundational knowledge, personal sadhana guidance on our first 3 types/styles of meditation, and optional group experiential practices. We all want to guide our clients into balance through every aspect of their Being. Concentration, contemplation, and meditation in particular, are paths within Yoga that many feel less than adequate to teach in classrooms or offer in their private practices unless it is known that the client or group is at an advanced level of practice.
As Yoga Therapist, it is crucial that your personal sadhana support your work and compliments and informs you in guiding spiritual connection with everyone who comes into your care. In this Mentorship you will learn how to start low and go slow, recommitting to your sadhana so that you can better guide others with skillful means.
Level 1 - Anchoring in Daily Sadhana is designed to support you in your sadhana first and foremost, deepen your understanding of meditation & spiritual health, and offer you experiential practices building knowledge, greater clarity and added insight into your dharma as a Yoga Therapist.
*Several additional styles/types of meditation are added in levels 2 and 3 of this Mentorship series.
Complete and submit Intake Form (link given upon registration).
Attend Kick-Off (or listen to the recording). Read the required text and listen to the recommended podcast, a link will be given on the introductory call and follow-up email from Lisa.
Commit to your weekly sadhana and take notes. Keep a spiritual journal.
Meet privately with Lisa for a 1:1 session to discuss your practice and receive support.
Write and Record a personal guided meditation script. Write a personal summary of your mentoring experience. Upload your guided meditation script, recording and mentorship summary as final presentation. Attend wrap-up session with your personal summary and discuss the guided meditation you recorded.
