In this workshop we will discuss and practice:
Much like Yoga and Ayurveda, Qigong and Chinese Medicine share the same root and have branches intertwined. And much in the same way that Yoga is to Ayurveda, Qigong is a method of applying the wisdom of Chinese Medicine that provides both a rich and beautiful context for understanding our experience, as well as a system of exploring and refining the nature of experiencing.
In this class we will use the practice of Bu Zheng Qigong as a vehicle for discussing, experiencing, and understanding the foundational principles and theories of Qigong. Anyone interested in continuing to expand their relationship to health and health care is invited to attend.
Investment: $40. (No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire.)
This virtual workshop will be recorded in the event you cannot attend live.
