Shift from grasping to receiving.

Nature operates on balance and adaptability. As part of the natural world, humans thrive when we step away from constant competition and strain, returning instead to a state of internal alignment and resilience.

This 6-week yoga class series translates the principles of trust and gratitude into a grounded, physical practice. Together, we will shift out of the scarcity mindset—characterized by competition, stress, strain, and hyper-vigilance—and transition into a receptive, creative state.

Through a curriculum combining conscious movement, breathwork, mudra, subtle-body awareness, and targeted mental focus, you will move beyond basic nervous system regulation into a state of flourishing—establishing an enduring baseline of vitality, clarity, and ease.

What is alive for me now...

When navigating major transitions, big creative visions, or the quiet shifts of daily life, it is easy to default to efforting—trying to mentally figure out every step and push our way forward.

Over the years, my own personal practice has taught me a different way of moving through the world.

Rather than relying on effort alone, I have found profound grounding in weaving together intentional physical movement with mantra, mudra, visualization, breathwork and conscious affirmation. These subtle yet potent practices do not live in isolation; when integrated, they work directly on our physical and energetic bodies. They help quiet the internal noise of doubt and scarcity, anchor us in deep trust, and clear the space needed to catalyze genuine transformation and bring forth our heart's true desires.

Because this integration has been such an anchor in my own life—especially in seasons of growth and manifestation—I felt called to create a dedicated space where we can explore and embody these tools together.

Weekly Themes

  • Week 1: Moving from Competition to Creation
We begin by identifying that self-limiting beliefs can hold us back and outward pressures can cause us to compete, strain, and fight for limited resources. Through grounding movement, calming breathwork, a dedicated mudra, affirmation, and meditation, this session helps settle stress physiology and establish physical safety. You will open space for your natural creative vitality to emerge.
  • Week 2: Gratitude as the Ultimate Adjustment
This week focuses on aligning the mind and heart with a state of gratitude, natural ease, harmony, and receptivity. We explore heart-opening movement and balancing breathwork, paired with an intentional mudra, affirmation, and meditation designed to soften physical guarding and move toward the frequency of heart-centered appreciation.
  • Week 3: Deepening the State of Expectation & Trust
Transition from passive hoping into a state of grounded, unshakeable confidence and inner trust. Through dynamic balance, steadying breathwork, and center-point focus the practice will help cultivate physical stability and mental clarity. This practice anchors your awareness in positive expectation, allowing you to stay centered even amid life's uncertainties.
  • Week 4: Establishing Somatic Boundaries & Mental Clarity
Protect your energy, quiet intrusive mental chatter, and clear out external doubt. Utilizing core-centered movement, invigorating breathwork, and a targeted mudra, affirmation, and meditation, this session builds an internal sense of strength, resilience, and healthy energetic boundaries. You will close the door to distraction and reclaim your personal agency.
  • Week 5: Efficient Action in the Present Moment
Bring your full, undivided awareness into the power of the absolute present. We engage in a fluid, mindful movement practice where every transition is tracked with precision, supported by stabilizing breathwork and a focus-enhancing mudra, affirmation, and meditation. You will release the anxiety of rushing ahead and learn to pour your full power into the present moment.
  • Week 6: The Fullness of Absorption
Our final session integrates the entire 6-week journey into a lasting experience of contentment, wholeness, and ease. Through deeply restorative postures, soothing breathwork, and a unifying mudra, affirmation, and meditation, you will absorb the cumulative medicine of the series during a prolonged Savasana. Leave feeling complete, revitalized, and aligned with your innate abundance.
