Prana Shakti as Lived Embodiment.

During our time together, Chinnamasta warmly welcomes participants to delve into the heart of yoga and fully experience the vibrant energy of prāna shakti as a lived embodiment. At the core of your yoga sādhanā (spiritual practice) lies the profound connection with prāna. Building prāna shakti becomes a devotional practice that encompasses the body, mind, and heart. As you learn to follow, cultivate, and contain prāna, you naturally transcend a state of depletion and establish healthy boundaries in your sensual, sexual, and spiritual realms. These boundaries are essential to foster and nurture a dharmic lifestyle from within. In this transformative sādhanā, the harmonious integration of yoga, āyurveda, and tantra forms a cohesive whole, providing comprehensive support for your entire being. Drawing from the foundations of structural and āyurvedic yoga therapy, these practices promote physical and mental stability, creating a sturdy foundation to invite the blessings of tantra into your life. Join us in this profound journey of self-discovery, where the building blocks of yoga, āyurveda, and tantra converge to awaken your inner potential and embrace the blessings that await.

The Option of Ayurvedic Medical Care & Travel Planning

Ayurvedic Treatment Center

The Ayurvedic center operates independently from the hotel. It features its own dedicated rooms and an in-house chef who prepares specialized Ayurvedic cuisine for patients undertaking therapeutic stays (typically 7 to 30 days).

For Retreat Participants (Staying at the Hotel):

  • You have the option to book individual Ayurvedic treatments and schedule a consultation with Vaidya Raj.
  • Booking is Highly Recommended: We strongly advise booking any treatments or consultations well in advance of your arrival in Spain, as appointments fill up quickly. Waiting until you arrive significantly reduces the chance of securing space.
  • Optimal Preparation: We personally recommend arriving a minimum of two days early (ideally December 7th or 8th) to receive preparatory treatments. This is the best way to counteract Vata aggravation (imbalance) from travel and time differences before the Building Prāna Shakti retreat begins.

For a Full Ayurvedic Retreat (7+ Days):

  • Minimum Stay: The minimum stay for a full, immersive Ayurvedic retreat is seven days.
  • Inclusions: This package covers all Ayurvedic meals, accommodation, all therapies, and two sessions with Vaidya Raj.
  • Note on Timing: A full Ayurvedic retreat cannot be combined with the Building Prāna Shakti retreat simultaneously; it must be planned either before or after our scheduled retreat dates.

Post-Retreat: Barcelona Option

We highly recommend spending one or two days in Barcelona after the retreat to enjoy the city. Barcelona is truly a feast for the eyes and an inspiration for the heart!

  • Must-See: The Sagrada Familia is spectacular and a must-see.
  • Logistics: You must book tickets for the Sagrada Familia in advance (guided tours are available). A convenient train service is available from the center of Barcelona directly to the airport.

About Chinnamasta

Chinnamasta Stiles (C-IAYT, NAMA-CAYT, LMT, PCPN-AC, JYOTISHA), is the Director of  Devi Dharma House in Collioure, France. With more than 30 years of experience, she is a Teacher and Vedic Counselor in multi-dimensional health for people from all walks of life and in all stages of life. Chinnamasta started her professional life as an Intensive Care pediatric nurse, developing the skill to observe and interpret what the children weren’t able to verbalize. This continues to serve her today in understanding beyond what her clients are capable of seeing or telling.

After 12 years, she felt a strong calling to move into holistic healing. Over the next 30 years she studied Yoga & Tantra, Jyotisha, and Āyurveda. While Western medicine taught her how to work with the physical structure, Eastern medicine deepened her understanding of how to help people gracefully deal with difficulty, prevent illness, and live a joyful life. By blending these two modalities, Chinnamasta guides her students and clients in how to become the masters of their own health and healing, leading to a purposeful life of deep contentment connected to the Self.

Her home base and private practice are based in Collioure, France. >>Read more about Chinnamasta
